We provide premium meat to a wide range of customers including specialist dry aged beef, rare breed pork and seasonal game.
Everything and more that you'd expect from a caring catering wholesale butcher, we are happy to bone, roll, tie, score, wrap, slice, portion and vac pack it for you.
As your one-stop butcher we also produce our own very popular handmade Sausages with a variety of seasonings and our genuine Guernsey beef burgers. They are the biz!
